Shipping general information

• I do ship worldwide.

• Costs are not included in the final price.

• I ship orders once per week (normally on Fridays). That means that once payment has been processed, your purchase will ship within 3-7 business days.

• Personal pick up is possible in Prague 4 without cost.

Micanse is a small and slow business. I do my best to package and ship in a timely manner. If you need a rushed order, please contact me at contact@micanse.com to see if we can find a solution.

This website does not have the ability to calculate each country’s shipping costs. An additional shipping charge will be invoiced to you after your order is placed. I will notify you as soon as possible the extra fee.

Domestic orders (Czechia)

I use Balíkovna to send parcels in Czechia. You will receive a message when the parcel is ready in the parcelshop of your choice. The price is 75kc for standard size.

Personal pick up

You can come pick up your order in my studio (Lomnického 812/6 Praha 4). We need to agree beforehand the time and date. Please once you placed your order write me at contact@micanse.com to agree on a time.

International orders

I do ship worldwide, but I don’t know the price in advance. I will contact you with the extra charge and send you an invoice as soon as possible. Once I recieve the payment of shipping costs and will ship your parcel.

If you don’t see the shipping option for your specific country available when you place your order, please contact me at contact@micanse.com.

Before placing an international order, please check with your local customs if importing artwork incorporating natural materials is allowed. I can not be held accountable for any delays or additional costs due to local customs regulations. Estimated import fees can be calculated here.

All packages will be clasified as ¨merchandise¨ on the required customs label at their purchased value.

International customers are responsible for all duty fees incurred during the shipping process.

Any other custom charges, VAT fees or other duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging

I use non-traditional recycled materials to wrap and package. I carefully package to protect the artwork.

I prioritize security over beauty for the packaging and ensure a safe ship.

Loss + damages

Micanse will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of items while in transit.

If a package is returned because the buyer provided the wrong address, has declined to pay customs or VAT fees, or has not claimed a package after deliveries attempts, the buyer will be notified by email.

The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again.

A refund is also possible minus a 20 % re-stocking fee and minus the original shipping expenses.
